Instructions for filling Online Application

PIS (Placement Information System) meant for the students to enroll for personal and academic record verification to facilitate for campus recruitment.

Students may follow instructions mentioned below to get registered with PIS application, now it’s mandatory for all interested students to get registered and collect PIS registration card from the concerned authority.�

  • Before proceeding to Login into the application, students need to register once to generate own login details by clicking
    “Sign Up Now”
  • Students are advised to use correct Mobile/Email ID/Aadhar information to get SMS and email alert periodically.
  • �On registration, you are requested to change the password.
  • While Uploading the photograph please follow the following restrictions :
    • You are required to upload the recent passport size photograph in your college uniform and must be taken in a White or a very light background.
    • Your photo should be in a JPEG format and the maximum file size is 200 kB.
  • Once registered, TP Cell will verify & activate the student profile. After activation, the confirmation email will be sent to the registered Email ID.
  • After Login you will see an application form which you need to be filled in and complete the form.  Hence Keep the following information ready in soft copy format: (ID proof, and all Academic credentials including Gradesheets and Certificates) (max file size: per file 1.0
  • Fill in the necessary data in the online application form step by step following instructions are given there. Upload the required soft copies of photo and Certificates.
  • You have to upload PDF/JPG/GIF files of supporting documents & marksheets conforming to the eligibility and category requirements as supporting documents.
  • Once you finally submit the application at last step, no further changes to the application can be made by the applicant. Hence verify the application carefully before final submission.
  • After final submission, you will find the button “View Resume”. By clicking on it, you can view your resume with your filled data and take a printout of the same (Need to be submitted during verification process at T&P).
